Fast delivery, nice tea

Ordered some Pfefferminztee. It came quickly. The tea tastes fresh. Happy with the purchase. Will buy again when I run out.

My new favorite tea store!

I just received my order of the Schwarztee and a Glas Teekanne, and I'm so impressed! The tea is absolutely delicious, and the teekanne is even prettier in person. It feels so sturdy and elegant, exactly what I wanted. Everything arrived perfectly packaged, no breaks or anything. I'm already planning my next order; this place is fantastic!

Consistent quality as always

I've ordered from SKEISAN a few times now, and this latest purchase of their Sencha and a Teedose was just as good as previous ones. The quality of the green tea is reliably excellent, and the Teedose helps keep it fresh. Their packaging is always secure, and items arrive in perfect condition. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect, and they always deliver.

Good quality, delivery could improve

I ordered a Tee Geschenkset and some lose Earl Grey. The tea itself is very high quality, and the packaging for the gift set was quite elegant, fitting the minimalist design mentioned. It arrived well-protected. My only minor issue was the delivery took a bit longer than expected, around eight days, even though it wasn't a holiday period. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though. Overall, a good experience, but I hope they can speed up shipping times a little.

Great value on my first order

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for good value. I got the Probierpaket Deal, which included a few different herbal teas and a small Teesieb. The price felt very fair for the quality I received, especially with the variety. I also signed up for the newsletter for that discount. It was a good introduction to their brand without spending too much. Definitely felt like a worthwhile purchase.

Detailed thoughts on my SKEISAN order

I recently placed an order for a Bio Tee Probierbox and a Matcha Besen. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and intuitive; I had no trouble finding what I wanted. Shipping took about seven business days, which was within their stated delivery window, and everything was securely packed. The Bio Tee varieties were a great way to sample different flavors, and the Matcha Besen felt sturdy and well-made for preparing my matcha. I appreciated the clear descriptions of each tea on the product pages. The only very minor point was that tracking updates weren't always real-time, but the package still arrived as predicted. Overall, a solid experience with quality products.
